Your mobile calibration team — on call.

Body shop, glass replacement bay, fleet depot, independent garage or main dealer? We bring the full calibration setup to your premises so the vehicle never leaves your bay. OE-grade equipment, insurer-accepted documentation, trade rates and account terms.

Who we work with

If you're in the repair, replacement or fleet game,
we're built for you.

Most of our trade work is regular and repeat — windscreen replacement bays calling us in for every ADAS-equipped car they touch, body shops using us for post-repair calibrations, fleet operators booking us for batches.

Windscreen replacement & glass fitters

Almost every windscreen replacement on a car newer than 2018 now requires calibration. We're set up to come to your bay, calibrate while the adhesive cures, and have the car back to your customer with a certificate before they get bored of waiting. Per-job rates or volume accounts available.

Body shops & collision repair centres

Post-repair calibration is non-negotiable on any car with ADAS — and insurers increasingly expect documentation to prove it was done. We work as a calibration partner for several body shops in the Southeast: we arrive on schedule, calibrate, produce the report pack, and bill you directly or the insurer directly (your choice).

Fleet operators

Running a fleet means your duty-of-care obligations around safety systems are non-trivial. We do scheduled batch calibration visits to fleet depots — six vans on a Tuesday morning, that kind of thing — with consolidated reporting per vehicle. Works well after seasonal tyre/suspension work too.

Independent garages & main dealers

Don't have the kit, don't have the trained tech, don't want to send the car out? We're your calibration department. Drop us a job, we turn up on the booked day, we sit a few feet from the car you're working on, and you don't lose the relationship with your customer.

Why trade partners work with us

Boring done well, every time.

We don't do anything especially clever — we just turn up when we say we will, do the job to OE spec, produce the documentation properly, and bill straight. Quietly, the most valuable things in a trade relationship.

01

Reliable scheduling

If we say we'll be on your forecourt at 10am on Wednesday, we'll be there at 10am on Wednesday. We don't double-book, we don't bump trade jobs for retail.

02

Full documentation, every job

Pre-scan, calibration record, post-scan, signed certificate. Insurer-accepted, Thatcham-aligned, ready to drop into your repair file or insurance claim pack.

03

All UK & European OEMs

VW Group, BMW, Mercedes, JLR, Stellantis, Hyundai-Kia, Toyota, Tesla, Volvo, Ford, GM/Vauxhall. Static and dynamic. Whatever rolls into your bay, we calibrate it.

04

OE-grade equipment

Autel IA600 mobile calibration systems — the same equipment main dealers use. We're not making do with a borrowed scanner and a hopeful drive round the block.

05

Account terms available

30-day account terms for established trade partners. Consolidated monthly billing, per-job breakdown. We bill your insurer direct on body shop work if that's the cleaner option for you.

06

Overflow & ongoing cover

We're happy to be your dedicated calibration partner, or your overflow when your own kit is booked, or just a one-off when something unusual comes in. No minimum commitment.

How a trade visit works.

In the simplest case: you tell us a car needs calibration, we tell you when we can be there, we arrive, we calibrate, we send you the paperwork. Most trade partners book us through email or a WhatsApp group with their workshop.

1

Book the slot

Tell us the vehicle (registration is enough), what's been done to it, and when you need it calibrated. We confirm the slot and the price.

2

We turn up

On the agreed day, at the agreed time, with the kit. We need a flat indoor or covered space about 5 metres in front of the vehicle.

3

Pre-scan, calibrate, post-scan

Standard process — identify what's needed, calibrate to OE spec, verify the result. 60–90 minutes for single-system, longer for multi-system or premium kit.

4

Report & invoice

Documentation pack to your inbox within the hour. Invoice on your account terms — or direct to the insurer on body shop work.
